Within the Supervision Framework, the supervisor assumes a multifaceted role aimed at facilitating effective communication of organisational requirements, meticulous oversight of employee performance, provision of guidance and support, identification of developmental needs, and adept management of the symbiotic relationship between staff and the organisation. The overarching objective is to foster mutual success, ensuring that both the individual and the organisation thrive within this collaborative dynamic.
